My student didn’t receive their email/enrolment key. What do I do?

Note that this question is only relevant for the version of Blurred Minds Academy that uses email addresses for students.

  1. Log into Blurred Minds Academy.
  2. Go to your Student manager page.
  3. Find the student in the table that is having the issue.
  4. Check that their email address was entered correctly.
  5. If it is incorrect, then you can remove them by clicking on their checkbox and then clicking on the “Remove user(s)” button at the top of the table. After removing them, re-invite them with the correct email address.
  6. Check the “Key” column of the table for that student.
    1. If it contains text that looks like “a1AbCcdD”, then that is their enrolment key. Copy that key and send them their enrolment key with the method of your choosing (e.g. email, writing it on a note).
    2. If it is blank, then that means their welcome email/enrolment key was never sent to them. In this case, you should remove them and re-invite them again, making sure to check the option to send their enrolment key.
      You can remove them by clicking on their checkbox and then clicking on the “Remove user(s)” button at the top of the table and then re-invite them with the correct email address.
