My password doesn’t work. What do I do?

If the password you use to log in doesn’t work, whether you set it or it was the password sent to you in your email, then you can set a new password using the following steps.

  1. Go to the Teacher login page and click on the “Forgot your password? ” link.
  2. Enter your email address in the field and click on the “Reset password” button.
  3. You will receive an email shortly with the subject “Reset your password”.
  4. Open the email and click on the “Reset your password” link.
  5. Enter the new password that you want to use and click on the button to set it.
  6. Log in with the new password that you set.
